Water protection for residential service businesses

Review water-monitoring and valve-control products for the homes you service. You arrange qualified local installation and homeowner support; Grus helps with product questions and documentation.

A practical starting point

Extend the work you already do.

Start with a home where your team can assess the water system, discuss the customer's needs, and explain what happens after installation.

Is this a fit for your business?

  • You serve residential customers in a defined area.
  • You can provide or arrange qualified plumbing work.
  • You can help the homeowner understand setup, alerts and local support.

Three decisions before a customer quote.

Keep the product choice, the site requirements and the service promise separate.

  1. Choose the job

Does the home need water-use visibility, valve control, leak sensing, or a combination that needs checking?

    Compare product roles
  2. Check the site

Confirm the selected model, pipe connection, access, power and network conditions with a qualified installer.

    Review fit questions
  3. Agree on support

Name the people handling installation, homeowner handover and follow-up before setting expectations.

    Agree on responsibilities

Local service. Product support.

Your local team owns site assessment, qualified installation and the on-site service agreement. Grus can help answer questions about the chosen products and their documentation.

Before proceeding, confirm who handles network changes, missed alerts, device faults and return requests. Connected products do not guarantee prevention of water damage.

Tell us about your project

What would you like to offer?

Share your business, service region, the customer's need and who can handle installation. An estimate is enough if you have not chosen a product or quantity.

Please do not include customer names, access codes or sensitive property details.

For a product you already own, contact product support.

Partner request

Discuss a water project

Tell us about the homes you serve, the water-protection task and your installation and support arrangements. A request does not commit you to an order.

This request will be sent to Grus when submitted. Do not use this form for emergencies.

Questions before you begin

Who is this for?

Residential plumbing and water-service businesses, and smart-home installers who can arrange qualified plumbing work and ongoing homeowner support. Include your service region so we can discuss the project in its local context.

Is there a fixed partner bundle or wholesale price?

No standard bundle, margin or partner price is promised here. Confirm the selected products, quantities, installation requirements and written commercial terms before quoting a customer.

Does Grus provide local installation or emergency service?

Grus provides product information and a product-support contact. Local assessment, installation, permits and on-site service must be arranged with the appropriate local professionals. This inquiry is not an emergency service.

Can I request samples or my own branding?

You can ask about sample terms and branding requirements. Availability, fees, packaging and any software changes require a separate written agreement; they are not included automatically.

Start with one clear project.

Tell us what the home needs and who will handle installation and ongoing support. Product selection and business terms follow that discussion.
