When will my order ship?
Orders are typically shipped within 2–3 business days after confirmation. Delivery time depends on your location and carrier.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that number to check the delivery status on the carrier’s website.
Why does my tracking show “Label Created”?
This status means the label has been created and the package is awaiting carrier pickup or processing. Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 60-day return policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. The amount will be returned to your original payment method.
