This Return & Warranty Policy applies to all products purchased directly from Grus IoT Ltd. (“Grus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through Grus.io. By placing an order on our Website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

We accept returns within60 daysof the original purchase date, unless otherwise specified.
To qualify for a return:
- The Product must not be used or damaged.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
Returns requested after 60 days from the purchase date are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Return Procedure

Request Authorization
Please contactsuporte@grus.ioto initiate a return. Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.

Return Shipping
Unless the Product is defective or incorrectly shipped, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please use a reliable carrier and retain tracking information. We are not responsible for Products lost or damaged during return transit.

Inspection & Resolution
After receiving the returned Product, we will inspect it to determine eligibility.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
If an exchange is approved, a replacement Product will be processed after inspection.
Limited Warranty
All Products purchased directly from Grus.io include a12-month limited warrantycovering manufacturing defects under normal residential use.
This limited warranty does not apply to:
- Improper installation
- Misuse or unauthorized modification
- Accidental or physical damage occurring after delivery
To submit a warranty claim, please emailsuporte@grus.ioand include your order number, product model, description of the issue, and supporting photos or video if available.
Grus reserves the right to determine whether a Product is covered under warranty and whether repair, replacement, or refund is appropriate.
