2. メールリクエスト

メールでデータ削除をリクエストする場合は、サポート@grus.iowith the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Please include the following information in your email:

• 氏名

• Grus.io アカウントに関連付けられたメールアドレス

• ご要望の簡単な説明

3. 確認と処理

リクエストを受け取ったら、次の手順に従います。

•本人確認:データのセキュリティを確保するため、リクエストを処理する前にお客様の身元を確認します。

•処理時間:Your request will be processed within 30 days, and you will receive a confirmation email once your data has been successfully deleted.

•データの削除:アカウント情報を含むすべての個人データは、当社のシステムから完全に削除されます。

4. 削除後

•アカウントアクセス:データが削除されると、Grus.io アカウントにアクセスできなくなります。

•不可逆的なアクション:Please note that data deletion is a permanent and irreversible action. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

•特定の情報の保持:Due to legal obligations, we may need to retain certain information for a limited time, which will be communicated to you if applicable.
